Placed Recruitment Hospitality Jobs in Darwin is seeking an Head Chef to open a brand-new restaurant built around a wood-fired kitchen. You will lead the kitchen from day one, create menus, recruit and train your team, and partner with the owner to deliver bold Latin-inspired dishes.

The role offers a 38-hour week, relocation to Darwin, and visa sponsorship for the right candidate, with a salary range of AUD 100k–120k plus super.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen through busy service.
• Experience with Latin flavours (Mexican/Spanish/Basque/Peruvian/Argentinian/Brazilian).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations and food direction.
