The role demands hands-on leadership, trade cooking qualifications, and a passion for creating exceptional food. The Esplanade combines a premium bistro with bars, accommodation and gaming, under a renowned hospitality group.

Salary:From $100,000 + superannuation + bonus

We’re searching for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen atThe Esplanade!

Having recently undergone extensive renovations,The Esplanade at Brighton is set to become South Australia’s flagship hospitality destination. A premium beachfront venue encompassing a high-quality bistro offering, accommodation, multiple bars, and state-of-the-art gaming facilities. Designed to deliver an elevated yet authentic pub experience, this venue will set a new benchmark for coastal hospitality in SA.

Inherent requirements

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• You’ve got trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications sorted
