Qualifications

• Hands-on kitchen leadership and ability to train staff.
• Strong food safety practices and HACCP awareness.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen environments.

Responsibilities

• Command the kitchen, ensuring smooth, safe and profitable operation.
• Collaborate with the Publican and FOH team to align service.
• Mentor a high‑performing kitchen team and drive standards.
• Maintain strong links between kitchen and front of house with energy and quality.
