Job summary

ALH Hotels in Two Rocks, WA, is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Tavern At The Rocks. You will drive kitchen performance, mentor a team, and create pub classics with flair while maintaining safety and profitability.

This hands-on role requires trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications. You’ll work closely with the Publican and front-of-house team, delivering great food with energy and leadership each shift.

We're searching for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the Tavern at the Rocks- the beating heart of our local community and the place where pub classics meet plates locals can't get enough of.

Located on the footsteps of the Two Rocks marina with sweeping views of the Indian Ocean, Tavern At The Rocks gives a fantastic setting for our guests to enjoy their next day and evening out. The main bar, top bar, balcony & beer garden offers great food every day for lunch and dinner and you could be leading the Kitchen Team.

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• You’ve got trade cooking qualifications and food safety certifications sorted
