Based on a genuine 38-hour week with work-life balance, you will lead a supportive team, manage menu design and cost, build relationships with suppliers, and drive innovation while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and menu design experience.
• Experience managing food costs and presentation.
• Familiarity with club/resort or event venues is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations for casual dining, café, and premium events.
• Develop seasonal menus and weekly signature specials.
• Build relationships with local suppliers and influence beverage/wine offerings.
