Job summary

Catering HQ is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen at Lynwood Country Club. You will oversee prep, cooking, plating, and daily operations, while guiding a team to deliver exceptional restaurant and events service.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a similar role, a passion for fresh food trends, strong leadership, and a commitment to food safety and quality. We offer growth, training, and a sociable team environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Be flexible with working hours.
• A team spirit, bright and positive demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Must display excellent prep, cooking and plating skills.
• Contribute to menu planning and growth of food trends.
• Maintain quality and consistency of dishes.
• Handle daily kitchen functions and operations.
• Demonstrate leadership and take charge when needed.
• Ensure high standards of food safety and WHS.
