Job summary

Sun City Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic Head Chef to lead its food and beverage offering with a refurbished kitchen and new equipment. You will shape dining across casual member meals to premium event catering and create a distinctive program for members.

Based on a genuine 38-hour week with work-life balance, you will lead a supportive team, manage menu design and cost, build relationships with suppliers, and drive innovation while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and menu design experience.
• Experience managing food costs and presentation.
• Familiarity with club/resort or event venues is advantageous.

Sun City Country Club is investing in the future of its food and beverage offering and is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and creative Head Chef to lead the journey.

With a fully refurbished commercial kitchen featuring brand-new equipment and facilities, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a growing food operation and build a dining experience that members are proud to call their own.

As a key member of the Club's Management Team, you will play an important role in shaping the future direction of food services across the Club, from casual member dining and café offerings through to premium event catering and special dining experiences.

This is more than a Head Chef role. It is an opportunity to create something special.
