Job summary

Norths Collective is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the day-to-day production and operations of all food outlets at Norths Cammeray and associated venues. You will drive menus, quality and profitability while guiding a busy kitchen team through events and functions.

Applicants should have leadership experience in high-volume catering, relevant cookery qualifications, and current food-safety certifications. This is a full‑time on-site role with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume multi-outlet 5-star commercial catering role.
• Proven leadership and staff leadership experience.
• Current NSW Food Safety Supervisor & NSW Food Hygiene Certificates.
• First Aid, CPR and Advanced Resuscitation Certificates.
• Experience managing budgets with P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production and operation of all food operations for the venue.
• Implement business goals, promotions and strategies of food operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with classic and contemporary cuisine.
• Lead, train and roster a large kitchen team across outlets and events.
• Maintain highest standards of hygiene and food safety compliance.
