Crystalbrook Collection in Byron Bay is seeking an innovative and skilled kitchen leader to drive guest satisfaction through exceptional flavours and experiences. You will lead a high-performing team, support junior kitchen staff, and collaborate across F&B and hotel departments to uphold WH&S standards and elevate seasonal menus.

The role demands hands-on expertise in modern cuisine, a trade qualification, and a passion for sustainable, guest-focused hospitality.

Qualifications

• Technical talent and experience with modern cuisine.
• Demonstrated experience in a contemporary dining setting.
• Sound knowledge of WH&S legislation and health regulations.

Responsabilités

• Drive guest satisfaction in service and delivery of incredible flavours and food experiences.
• Foster a culture of innovation and breaking the norm.
• Provide hands-on support to junior kitchen staff.
• Collaborate closely with the F&B Service team and all hotel departments.
• Promote and be accountable for WH&S in our kitchens.
• Articulate ideas for seasonal and promotional menus.
• Support procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food.
