The Sporting Globe Bar & Grill in Greensborough is launching a flagship kitchen and is seeking a Head Chef who can build something from day one. You’ll hand-pick and develop your BOH crew, set standards, and shape the culture and operation with autonomy, backed by a capable venue management team and group resources.

You’ll lead from the front, recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage costs, and ensure consistent, high-quality food across every service as you establish the kitchen’s

Formación

• Experience leading a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to recruit, train and build a BOH team.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Proven track record setting high standards and running a kitchen from the front.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, lead, coach and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
• Own flagship BOH operation with autonomy to implement your vision.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality food across all services.
• Manage food costs, labour, stock, and orders.
• Maintain food safety, compliance and kitchen standards.
• Collaborate with the Venue Manager and leadership team.
• Build an engaging kitchen culture that attracts talent.
