Job summary

The Sporting Globe is seeking a Head Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen at Surfers Paradise. You will drive quality food and performance on major event days, while building a culture that motivates the team.

Take ownership of operations, manage food costs and labour, and work with the Venue Manager to ensure consistent, excellent service in a busy sports-bar environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready for the next challenge.
• Leads a high-volume kitchen, can manage numbers and maintain pass quality.
• Builds a team, develops people and keeps standards under pressure.
• Leads from the front and sets the example for the kitchen.

Responsibilities
