Job summary

Davidson is seeking experienced HCM/HRIS Trainers to join a major transformation program delivering a new people system across corporate, operational and field-based staff. You will design, build and deliver training spanning instructional design through to post-implementation support, with Workday experience valued but not essential.

The role covers face-to-face, virtual and on-site delivery, requiring travel between Mango Hill, Caboolture and Maroochydore.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training as part of a significant HCM/HRIS implementation.
• Workday HCM experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Experience delivering systems training to blue-collar/operational workforces
• Experience working within large, complex and/or multi-site organisations
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and change/adoption frameworks is desirable

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HCM training materials and learning content
• Deliver engaging training across face-to-face, virtual and on-site environments
• Tailor training for corporate, leadership, operational and field-based employees
• Deliver practical systems training to blue-collar workforces with varying levels of digital literacy
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics and delivery across multiple sites
• Track attendance, completion rates and training effectiveness
• Support go-live, hypercare and ongoing user adoption
• Work closely with SMEs and the broader program team to ensure learning content remains accurate
