Job summary

GrainCorp in Sydney seeks a Business Systems Manager to lead a team supporting SAP SuccessFactors and related HR applications. You will drive improvements across HR processes, manage quarterly releases, and ensure system uptime with governance over incidents and changes.

Work closely with process owners, stakeholders and external vendors to deliver efficient solutions and robust HR systems that support the business globally from Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules for HR processes.
• Ability to design HR processes and system solutions.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and project teams.
• Familiarity with release management and quarterly deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Systems and Support Analysts for SAP SF apps.
• Identify and implement improvements across HR systems landscape.
• Manage SuccessFactors quarterly releases and testing cycles.
• Provide governance for incident management and service requests.
• Coordinate with developers and vendors for effective solutions.
• Oversee system testing, training, user acceptance and upgrades.
