GrainCorp in Sydney seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support SAP SuccessFactors across multiple HR modules. The role is permanent with hybrid work arrangements, based near Barangaroo’s harbour foreshore.

You will partner with SMEs and stakeholders to analyse, document requirements and implement improvements to HR systems. You will work under the Business Systems Manager, coordinating testing, training and transitions and liaising with developers and external vendors to deliver effective

Qualifikationen

• Our successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in an analytical discipline or equivalent.
• Experience supporting HR business processes and SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS concepts, roles design and compliance in security.

Aufgaben

• Provide application support, continuous improvement and upgrades for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Manage IT incidents, problems, and service requests related to HR systems.
• Drive consistent practices, governance and standards for HR applications.
• Collaborate with SMEs, process owners and stakeholders to document requirements and manage enhancements.
• Develop and govern functional specifications for system changes and work with developers/vendors.
• Translate business needs into HR technology solutions and manage small to medium initiatives.
• Coordinate system testing, training, UAT and production deployments.
