Job summary

Hastha Solutions is urgently seeking a Day Force Data Migration Lead for a 6-month contract to plan, execute and validate data migrations across HRIT modules in Australia.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and payroll calculations, train client stakeholders on Day Force Payroll, and document decisions and customizations during implementation.

Eligibility is Australian/NZ Citizens or PR holders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing end-to-end data migration strategies for HRIT modules.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Experience validating payroll calculations and testing payroll processes.
• Documents configuration decisions and customizations during implementation.
• Strong blend of technical and commercial insight with stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and validate data migration activities for HRIT systems.
• Lead payroll validation and testing under implementation projects.
• Provide client training on using Dayforce Payroll effectively.
