Job summary

Hastha Solutions is seeking a Dayforce Integration Lead to oversee cross-system integrations within the Dayforce platform. The role demands 5+ years of Dayforce integration experience and strong architecture skills for RESTful APIs, microservices, and UI elements built on Dayforce.

You will serve as the SME for existing integrations, support client go-lives, resolve post-go-live issues, and develop documentation and training materials for technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Dayforce integration experience.
• Proven ability to architect and design integrations for RESTful APIs, microservices, and Dayforce-based UIs.
• Experience supporting go-live events and post-go-live stabilization.
• Ability to create clear, user-friendly technical documentation and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical architecture and design guidance for Dayforce integrations.
• Act as SME for existing integrations, supporting clients and partner teams during go-live.
• Lead Go-Live support and post-go-live issue resolution within 30 days.
• Develop documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design and deliver training programs for the implementation team on integrations.

Requirements

The Dayforce Integration Lead role involves overseeing the integration of various systems and services within the Dayforce platform. Dayforce integration experience of minimum 5 years.

Key responsibilities include:

• Technical Architecture and Design: Providing technical architecture and design to development teams delivering RESTful APIs, microservices, and UIs built with Dayforce.
• Integration Support: Serving as the primary subject matter expert for existing integrations, supporting direct clients, implementation project managers, and partner implementation teams during and after go-live.
• Customer Go-Live Support: Providing expert assistance during critical go-live periods, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing delays.
• Error Resolution: Researching and troubleshooting file errors using Azure reporting tools, serving as the designated point of contact for error resolution during the first 30 days after client go-live.
• Documentation Development: Collaborating with the technical integration team to create comprehensive, user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Training Program Development: Designing and delivering training programs for the implementation team on new and existing integrations, creating effective training materials to build team capability.
• This role requires a strong understanding of integration technologies and platforms, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams. It is a critical position that plays a significant role in the success of Dayforce implementations and integrations.

Duration: 12 Monthsand possible extension
