Job summary

MacKellar Group in the Newcastle, NSW area seeks an experienced haul truck operator for a long-term mining assignment on a 7 days on/7 days off DIDO roster. Camp accommodation and meals are provided while on shift, with a strong safety culture and supportive leadership guiding the project.

The role involves operating haul trucks, performing pre-start inspections, meeting daily production targets, and maintaining equipment care.

Qualifications

• Experience operating haul trucks in mining or quarry environments.
• Strong focus on safety, risk awareness, and compliance.
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to travel to site.
