Qualifications

• Experience coordinating the production and delivery of events or public experiences.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules, logistics, equipment and contractors.
• Ensure events are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Support delivery of events across The Rocks, Darling Harbour, Barangaroo and White Bay Power Station.
• Work with internal teams, contractors and event crews to turn ideas into engaging experiences.
