Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including rostering, labour allocation, order release and workflow priorities.
• Ensure that all processes, policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.
• Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and their teams, setting clear expectations and driving accountability.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, KPIs, labour utilisation and contribution margins; identify and implement improvements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock security and the timely processing of returns.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, resolving service and stock issues proactively.
• Oversee freight and courier bookings, manifests, operational records and reporting.
• Maintain warehouse presentation, equipment, safety and compliance standards.
