Job summary

Quik Corp Pty Ltd, based in Coolum Beach, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to own the warehouse operation. You will lead daily activities, ensure stock accuracy, and coordinate ERP-driven transactions while keeping parts flow on time for production and online orders.

The role requires practical leadership, strong stock control, and the ability to work across purchasing and production. Forklift licence is preferred, and the candidate should be comfortable on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing warehouse operations.
• Strong stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Experience supervising a warehouse team.
• Proficiency with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Forklift licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receipting, put-away, picking, staging and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock locations
• Ensure stock movements are recorded correctly in our ERP system
• Coordinate production picking and ensure jobs are supplied on time
• Manage cycle counts, stocktakes and investigate discrepancies
• Oversee spare parts and online order fulfilment
• Coordinate freight, pickups and deliveries
• Work with Purchasing on shortages, backorders and supplier discrepancies
• Maintain an organised, clean and safe warehouse
• Allocate work and manage performance across the warehouse team
• Improve warehouse layout, flow and operating processes
• Drive accountability for stock and transaction accuracy
