Job summary

National Workforce Pty Ltd is seeking a practical Warehouse Manager to run a small Brisbane warehouse, lead two team members and report to the State Manager.

You will manage receiving, picking, packing and dispatch, safeguard stock accuracy, and collaborate with sales to fulfil orders. This hands-on, permanent full-time role offers $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation and the chance to own warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse management role or supervisory capacity.
• Strong inventory management and stock control skills.
• Experience coordinating a small team in a hands-on environment.
• Willingness to be hands-on on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Own inventory management and stock accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and plan replenishments.
• Conduct stocktakes and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate daily workload of two warehouse team members.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
• Work with internal sales to manage stock availability and priorities.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Support the team on the floor during busy periods.
