Job summary

Manassen Foods is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor to join our national distribution centre. Working as the 2IC to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead day-to-day warehouse activities, support the warehouse and administration teams, and help ensure products move safely, accurately and efficiently through the operation.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound operations, provide coaching to staff, optimise freight movements, support inventory accuracy and drive

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating inbound/outbound transport and distribution activities in FMCG.
• Practical experience with warehouse management systems and inventory processes.
• Strong people leadership skills with ability to coach and build teamwork.
• Commitment to workplace safety, food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse and distribution activities across inbound and outbound operations.
• Lead the warehouse and administration teams, providing direction and coaching.
• Optimize freight movements and maintain relationships with transport providers.
• Support inventory accuracy, WMS discipline and operational reporting.
• Identify and implement practical improvements to processes and productivity.
• Promote safety and quality standards for staff, contractors and visitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers on operational decisions.
