Job summary

National Workforce is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse 2IC to lead a fast-paced team on the Central Coast. You will drive operational excellence, optimise processes, and ensure accurate inventory management while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with the DC Manager, develop staff, oversee receiving, despatch, returns and cycle counts, and uphold WHS standards in a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse supervisors.
• Oversee receiving, despatch, inventory control and returns.
• Analyse workflows and implement cost-saving productivity strategies.
• Maintain accurate stock and cycle counts.
• Uphold WHS regulations and a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
