Job summary

4WD Supacentre is seeking a practical, hands-on Warehouse & Click & Collect Operations Manager to lead the store's warehouse team and manage daily operations. You will own stock receipt, storage, replenishment and dispatch, and take ownership of Click & Collect orders for on-time customer pickup.

This store-based role suits an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, 2IC or developing Operations Manager ready to advance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse, retail or logistics staff.
• Knowledge of receivals, dispatch, inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Experience managing Click & Collect or customer-order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily warehouse, receivals and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate Click & Collect orders from preparation through to customer collection.
• Supervise, coach and support warehouse and Click & Collect team members.
• Prepare rosters according to operational and trading requirements.
• Monitor productivity, safety, stock accuracy and customer-service standards.
• Complete regular stocktakes and inventory checks.
• Identify practical ways to improve warehouse processes.
