4WD Supacentre is seeking a practical, hands-on Warehouse & Click & Collect Operations Manager to lead the store's warehouse team and manage daily operations. You will own stock receipt, storage, replenishment and dispatch, and take ownership of Click & Collect orders for on-time customer pickup.

This store-based role suits an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, 2IC or developing Operations Manager ready to advance.

Qualifications

We're looking for a practical, hands-on leader to manage the day-to-day warehouse and Click & Collect operations within one of our busy retail stores.

This is a store-based operational role suited to an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, 2IC or developing Operations Manager ready to take the next step.

You'll work alongside the Retail Business Manager and Sales Manager to keep stock moving, orders accurate and customers satisfied.

About the Role

As our Warehouse & Click & Collect Operations Manager, you will lead the warehouse team while remaining actively involved in daily operations.

Your focus will be ensuring stock is received, stored, replenished and dispatched safely and accurately. You will also take ownership of Click & Collect orders, ensuring they are prepared correctly and ready for customers on time.

This is not a corporate or multi-site operations position. It is a hands-on leadership role based within the store.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the daily warehouse, receivals and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate Click & Collect orders from preparation through to customer collection.
• Work alongside the team during busy operational periods.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and completed within required timeframes.
• Maintain stock accuracy and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock replenishment between the warehouse and shop floor.
• Organise warehouse workflow and maintain a clean, safe and efficient environment.
• Supervise, coach and support warehouse and Click & Collect team members.
• Prepare rosters according to operational and trading requirements.
• Monitor productivity, safety, stock accuracy and customer-service standards.
• Complete regular stocktakes and inventory checks.
• Identify practical ways to improve warehouse processes.
• Work closely with store leadership to support overall store performance.
• Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are followed.

About You

You will be well suited to this position if you:

• Have experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, 2IC or Operations Manager.
• Enjoy being actively involved in daily warehouse operations.
• Have experience supervising warehouse, retail or logistics employees.
• Understand receivals, dispatch, inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Have experience managing Click & Collect or customer-order fulfilment.
• Can organise workflows, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Are confident coaching employees and addressing performance concerns.
• Have strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.
• Are committed to workplace safety and providing excellent customer service.
• Hold a current Australian forklift licence - this is mandatory.
