Sleepy's in Sydney seeks a sales-driven Store Manager to lead from the floor, coach a high-performing team and deliver strong sales outcomes. You will build product knowledge, engage customers with consultative selling and champion a store culture focused on exceptional service.

Reporting to leadership, you will own merchandising, store presentation and the customer experience while developing others and driving the business in a dynamic retail environment.
