Sheet Society Pty in Melbourne invites a talented Assistant Store Manager to lead our Doncaster Store team in a full-time Sunday to Thursday roster. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver a world-class in-store experience, drive sales, and champion our brand values in a busy retail environment.

This role rewards leadership, coaching, stock management, and a passion for sleep and interiors, with opportunities to influence merchandising, seasonal campaigns, and customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience within the retail environment, in a position where you have demonstrated leadership, autonomy and accountability.
• Strong interest in sleep, interiors, design and styling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with all departments.
• Ability to maximise store presentation and leverage data to drive sales.
• Passion for delivering world-class customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support the Store Manager to recruit, onboard, train and develop a high-performing team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine connection and product knowledge.
• Achieve sales targets, KPIs and maintain brand standards.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Operations and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Support seasonal campaigns and new product launches with merchandising updates.
