Qualifications

• Retail experience with customer service focus.
• Experience in supervision or leadership roles.
• Fuel and convenience retail experience is valued.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and multitasking ability.
• Valid working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Lead and support team during shifts.
• Assist training and development of team members.
• Manage stock ordering, replenishment and inventory.
• Merchandise according to guidelines and promotions.
• Maintain high retail and presentation standards.
• Assist rostering and staffing needs.
• Ensure fuel operations are safe and compliant.
• Support WHS requirements and safe practices.
• Deliver excellent customer service through friendly interactions.
• Identify tasks requiring attention and address them.
• Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep.
