NightOwl Convenience is seeking dynamic Team Members for our Dakabin team in Queensland. This hands-on role focuses on customer service, stocking shelves, and maintaining high store standards while supporting fuel operations and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy helping customers, and are flexible to work day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Training will be provided to the right person with enthusiasm and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and replenishing products
• Greeting every Owl customer with a friendly hello
• Merchandising according to store guidelines and promotional plans
• Conduct regular checks of fuel equipment and report issues
• Maintaining high retail standards across the store
• Ensure fuel dispensing is safe and compliant with site procedures
• Using initiative to identify tasks that need attention
• Supporting a busy team environment with a proactive approach
• Delivering excellent customer service through helpful interactions
• Assisting with general store upkeep and cleanliness

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll always have something to do. It involves identifying what needs attention to keep the store running smoothly. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys being on their feet, taking initiative, and contributing to a busy team environment.
