Job summary

NightOwl Convenience is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Kangaroo Point team in a hands-on role, overseeing recruitment, training, inventory, rostering and WHS compliance to drive smooth store operations.

About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Store Manager to take the lead with our Kangaroo Point team.

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead by example and set the standard across all areas of store operations. From recruiting and training team members to managing inventory, coordinating rosters, and ensuring compliance with WHS regulations. You will be the driving force behind a smooth and successful store.

You’ll play a key role in creating an inclusive, supportive team environment where everyone feels valued and where delivering standout customer service comes naturally.

It is a hands-on role where you’ll be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the store. You’ll need to enjoy staying busy, meeting deadlines, maintaining high retail standards, and working independently with confidence and initiative.

You will need to have the relevant working rights, reliable transport and availability to work a range of shifts including daytime, evening, overnight and weekends, in line with the business operational hours.
