Job summary

The Somewhere Co. is seeking a Store Manager for our Indooroopilly store in Queensland. Lead with energy, coach and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong store performance.

You'll manage rostering, inventory, and content creation efforts to engage our local community, while collaborating with the remote Sales Manager. Open to part-time or flexible hours for the right candidate, and travel for store initiatives is possible.

Qualifications

• Energetic, community-minded leader for Indooroopilly store.
• Ability to influence, coach and motivate teams to elevate customer experience.
• Experience in rostering and inventory management.
• Experience in content creation or marketing is a bonus!
• Strong written and verbal communication to mentor the team.

Responsibilities

• Weave your VM magic with changing merchandise and layouts.
• Be solutions-focused and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Mentor and nurture your team and work with the remote Sales Manager.
