Job summary

Spendless Shoes is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to lead day-to-day social channel execution and drive engaging photography, short-form video, and digital content across Spendless Shoes and The Shoe Group brands.

You will own content creation for campaigns, photoshoots, and influencer collaborations while managing community engagement and performance analytics to continually improve content strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on photography and videography skills.
• Experience shooting and editing short-form social content.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok and other major platforms and what performs on each.
• Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut; strong copywriting skills.

• Manage and execute our social media calendar across multiple platforms.
• Create and edit photography, Reels, TikToks, short-form video and other visual content.
