Job summary

Massons Healthcare is seeking a hands-on operator to run customer orders and warehouse operations, while leading a small team. You’ll work directly with the Director/CFO and influence daily workflows.

In this role you’ll manage calls, bookings, returns, and ETAs, and run payments, orders, and stock across MYOB Acumatica. You’ll coordinate packing, freight, and dispatch with a proactive mindset to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and drive process changes.
• MYOB Acumatica experience or similar ERP is a big plus.
• Willingness to learn and improve operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, capable voice our customers rely on: answering calls, managing clinic bookings, sorting warranty and product returns, and keeping everyone in the loop on order ETAs.
• Run the show across MYOB Acumatica: processing payments, creating orders and invoices, managing wholesale, CFAB and retail stock, and keeping supplier relationships humming.
• Get hands-on with packing, freight bookings and dispatch coordination, with training provided.
• Guide and support our customer order and admin team, setting the standard for how things get done.
