Job summary

MATTIR is seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management and dispatch. You will lead a small team, optimise ERP-driven processes, and ensure WHS compliance while delivering accurate order fulfilment.

• Proven experience in warehouse management and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient workflows.
• Manage inventory records, inbound stock, cycle counts and stock replenishment using the ERP system.
• Lead, train and manage a team of warehouse assistants and fulfilment staff; ensure accurate pick/pack/dispatch and timely shipping.
