CMTP, an Australian family-owned manufacturing business, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive practical site-level improvements at our Adelaide, SA operation.

You will work closely with production teams to remove roadblocks, coach frontline staff, and turn ideas into actionable improvements that strengthen safety and quality while delivering operational excellence. This hands-on role has no weekends.
