Job summary

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead local improvement initiatives that make your branch safer, more efficient and more consistent, while helping the team build capability and deliver operational excellence.

This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys working with frontline teams, removing roadblocks and making practical improvements stick.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing or operations.
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar training highly regarded.
• Interest in career growth in production/operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvements that strengthen safety, quality, productivity and consistency.
• Collaborate with local production team to understand workflows, equipment and layout.
• Reduce waste, downtime and rework through practical process improvements.
• Coach teams to identify, trial and sustain better ways of working.
• Turn team ideas into practical improvement actions.
