Job summary

Cloudwerx is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to own the day-to-day health, security and continuous improvement of our end-user technology environment, supporting ~200 Windows and macOS devices. This role is hands-on and focused on practical solutions, not a traditional management position.

You will manage lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, endpoint security, MFA/SSO, and coordinate with security, networks and cloud partners while reporting risks and opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mixed Windows and macOS environments.
• Hands-on problem solving and ownership in IT operations.
• Ability to coordinate with security, networks, and cloud partners as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day health, security and continuous improvement of the end-user IT environment.
• Manage lifecycle, inventory, configuration, patching and health of Windows and macOS fleet.
• Hands-on administration of Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
