ACRWORLD is partnering with a growing, service-led organisation to appoint a newly created Financial Controller role based in Rozelle, Sydney. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will own day-to-day financial operations, support strategic decision making and partner with internal teams across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in a commercial, multi-entity environment.
• Hands-on finance leadership with strategic input.

Responsabilités

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Oversee BAS, payroll processes and compliance
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Oversee month end, reconciliations and general ledger across multiple entities
• Partner with senior leaders translating financial data into insights
• Supervise two finance team members and grow the function
• Drive improvements across financial systems, processes and controls
