Job summary

1Source is seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Electronic Security Technician to manage field delivery and quality across Sydney, Wollongong and the Central Coast. This is not a desk-bound role; you will work closely with the technical team in the field while helping recruit, train and develop a reliable technician workforce.

Qualifications

• Five years of electronic security industry experience
• Hands-on field work required
• Lead through practical knowledge and example
• Assess workmanship and solve technical problems

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians on security projects and service work
• Oversee installation, fault-finding and commissioning
• Recruit, train and develop technicians
• Review workmanship and maintain quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments
• Ensure installation and service documentation is completed correctly
• Support customer delivery and resolve technical issues
• Build a capable, professional technical team
