You will oversee maintenance, services and contractor delivery, inspections, and reporting, and build strong relationships with occupiers, service partners and Charter Hall stakeholders to deliver a reliable operating

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management for commercial properties.
• Ability to manage contractors and service partners to standards.
• Knowledge of WHS, risk, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities management and operations for the assigned building.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance, building services and partner performance.
• Oversee WHS, risk, compliance and regular building inspections with follow-through.
• Build relationships with occupiers, Charter Hall stakeholders and CBRE teams.
• Manage operational reporting, budgets and service delivery measures.
