Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to support Charter Hall at a premium Melbourne CBD office asset for a 12 month term. This role focuses on close-to-building operations, contractor management and ensuring safe, reliable building performance.

You will balance daily operations with compliance, occupier needs and client reporting, across services, systems and partnering relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management for commercial property or similar operations.
• Ability to manage service contractors and planned/reactive maintenance.
• Understanding of statutory compliance and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities and building operations for the nominated property.
• Coordinate service contractors, monitor performance, planned maintenance and rectification works.
• Maintain compliance across WHS, essential services and risk programs.
• Monitor plant/building services performance and coordinate practical solutions.
• Support operating expenditure budgets, monthly variance commentary and capex programs.
• Build relationships with Charter Hall, occupiers, service partners, CBRE teams.
• Prepare operational reporting and maintain documentation for building management.
• Support tenancy works, contractor access and continuous improvement.
