Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Sydney CBD is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day facilities delivery within a Charter Hall precinct. You’ll be close to operation, visible to stakeholders and responsible for safety, compliance and performance.

You’ll manage maintenance, services, inspections, and risk, working with a Precinct Manager and fellow FM to keep standards consistent across the precinct. The role suits an established FM who can own issues through to resolution and drive service

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in facilities management for commercial properties.
• Knowledge of building services, maintenance and contractor delivery.
• Understanding WHS, risk and statutory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities operations across a Sydney CBD asset.
• Oversee maintenance, services and contractor performance to standards.
• Manage compliance, inspections and risk reporting.
• Build relationships with occupiers, service partners and CBRE stakeholders.
• Work with Precinct Manager to ensure consistent standards.
