Qualifications

• ESSA accreditation and Medicare eligibility required.
• WorkCover Queensland provider registration or eligibility.
• Rehabilitation or chronic disease experience.
• Hands-on care across community health to performance.
• Desirable: DVA/NDIS experience or related background.

Responsibilities

• Advanced functional and clinical assessments across a diverse client base.
• Evidence-based program design for chronic disease, rehabilitation and prevention.
• Individual, small-group and seniors’ program delivery (training provided on our diagnostics).
