Job summary

Longevity Exercise Physiology in Brisbane is launching its 2027 Graduate Program for upcoming graduates. Starting January 2027, you will be supported through onboarding, practical assessments, and ongoing mentorship as you transition from student to confident clinician.

You'll be eligible for ESSA Accreditation by January 2027 and have the chance to start your Longevity career in Brisbane/Sydney, with pathways across NSW, ACT, VIC, and QLD.

Qualifications

• Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology (or equivalent) to graduate in 2026.
• Eligible for ESSA Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist by January 2027.

Our Graduate Development Contract also gives you the opportunity to start your Longevity career in Sydney, immerse yourself in a new environment, learn alongside an experienced team and build the skills and confidence to become a world-class Exercise Physiologist.

And when the time is right, you’ll have the flexibility to continue your career in Sydney or return to Queensland and bring everything you’ve learned back home.

Practice Before You Perform — Get plenty of opportunities to practise assessments, consultations, programming and client conversations with experienced clinicians before putting it into practice on your own.

Ongoing Mentorship & Support — Have regular access to experienced Exercise Physiologists, feedback, 1:1 support and development opportunities as you transition from student to confident clinician.

About You

You will finish your study with a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology (or equivalent) in 2026.

You will be eligible for ESSA Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) by January 2027.
