Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time | Graduates through to experienced, locally established EPs

The opportunity

This is far from a conventional Exercise Physiology role. A genuinely hands-on, face-to-face role - predominantly 1:1, plus group classes each week - across a broad client base: from members of the local community of varied ages, backgrounds and health status, through to high-performing executives and individuals focused on performance and longevity.

In a given day you might move between chronic disease management for an internal or external GP-referred client, a DVA, NDIS or occupational-health participant, a seniors’ group class, a Medicare-funded consultation, and a First Light Active member optimising performance and longevity. We practise medically informed, evidence-based, data-driven care, and we’re looking for EPs who want real, ongoing client contact - not simply to deliver a fixed program.
