Longevity Exercise Physiology is expanding across Queensland and seeks an ambitious Exercise Physiologist to launch a new location with hands-on mentorship in a premium community gym. You’ll build a loyal client base from the ground up and have opportunities to mentor future EPs as your book grows.

Qualifications

• ESSA Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist.
• A 'sponge' mentality: you are highly coachable, willing to listen, and eager to grow both clinically and professionally.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the resilience and drive to build a client base from scratch in a new location.
• A genuine desire to build a supportive community around your clients and collaborate with GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Launch a new location out of a premium community gym with mentorship.
• Build a strong, loyal caseload using our client retention model.
• Grow into a leadership role by mentoring and leading a team of EPs.
