Qualifications

• Several years of software engineering experience with hands‑on coding in a senior/lead role.
• Experience leading or line managing engineers and growing technical capability.
• Strong fundamentals in designing and reviewing complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on engineering: write, review, and ship production code on high‑impact work.
• Lead architectural decisions and system design, contributing key parts personally.
• Set standards for code quality, testing, deployment, and operatioal excellence.
• Drive delivery by breaking down work, managing scope, and removing blockers.
• Contribute to engineering initiatives to improve reliability and scale.
• Line manage a small team, coaching, mentoring, and career planning.
• Partner with product managers and designers to shape roadmaps and priorities.
