This hands-on role covers a Construction Labourer / All Rounder / MR Driver, working at Banksmeadow yard, with suppliers and project sites to keep materials, deliveries and tools moving.

The role requires an MR Licence and White Card, physical fitness for manual work, and a proactive, organised approach.

Qualifications

• MR Licence required.
• White Card required.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Desire to work outdoors and get hands dirty.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Pride in looking after tools, equipment and materials.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Experience in construction or labouring is a plus.
• Previous experience in a small business environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• General construction labouring and assisting the on-site team.
• Assist carpenters and site teams as required.
• Load and unload materials, tools and equipment.
• Organise and prepare materials for upcoming jobs.
• Drive the MR truck for deliveries and collections.
• Pickup materials from suppliers.
• Move materials and equipment between yard and sites.
• Keep yard and tools clean and well maintained.
• Store tools and equipment properly and perform basic maintenance.
• Identify when tools or materials need attention or repair.
• Support with general maintenance and small jobs.
