Job summary

Buildsafe Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a vigilant MR Truck Operator to join our field team, driving to construction sites across the day and handling safety equipment installations.

You will load, transport, erect and dismantle site safety products, maintain records, and report on site activities. A white card and MR license are essential, with a scaffold licence desirable for career progression. This role offers weekly pay and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid MR or higher license and own transport.
• Construction Induction Card (White Card) required.
• Scaffold licence (basic) desirable.
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and own transport.
• Willing to work Mon–Fri, 35–50 hours per week.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, labour-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and verify equipment against the picking list.
• Transport, erect, and dismantle site safety products.
• Submit reports and maintain truck records and MWs as required.

About the role

Operating an MR truck and driving to multiple construction sites throughout the day

• Loading & unloading trucks, ensure all required equipment is loaded and components match
• the picking/gear list, ensure loads are secure
  
• Transporting, erecting, and dismantling of site safety products
• Submission of reports, truck maintenance records, work method statements and other documents as required

About you

Minimum Requirements:

• Current valid Medium Rigid (MR) Driver's Licence (or higher), and own transport (Essential)
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Basic Scaffold Licence (Desirable)
• Current valid unrestricted Driver's Licence, and own transport (Essential)
• Willing to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to 35-50 hours a week
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and labour-intensive environment
