Responsibilities

Milne Concrete Pumping Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking MR Driver Labourer to join our team in South Nowra, NSW. This is a casual position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on diverse projects within the trades and services industry. You will be responsible for operating a medium rigid (MR) vehicle whilst undertaking labouring duties on site, contributing to the successful delivery of concrete pumping and related services. This role is essential to ensuring our operations run smoothly and our clients receive exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining a medium rigid (MR) vehicle in a safe and professional manner
• Assisting with the loading, unloading and transportation of equipment and materials
• Supporting concrete pumping operations on various job sites
• Performing general labouring duties including site preparation, cleanup and material handling
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company procedures
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure coordinated workflow
• Conducting pre-operational vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Working flexible hours as required to meet project deadlines

What we're looking for

• A current and valid MR driving licence (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a driver or labourer within the trades and services industry
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction and industrial sites
• Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labour tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and take direction from supervisors
• Experience with concrete pumping operations or similar heavy equipment work is highly desirable
• A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one
